摘要
文章从统计角度研究了1955～1997年日本教育经费的数量变化、各级各类教育经费的变化、各级教育的生均教育经费、经费的各种来源、在国民经济中的比例,以及日本教育经费多的原因,指出日本领导人的看法决定了日本教育经费的充裕,以及我国传统的"富、教"的顺序也该改改了。
This paper makes a statistical research on the educational funds of Japan during 1955～1997, including the change of total amount and the amount of each grade of education, per pupil/student funds, resources of money, the percent in GDP and the reasons of the sufficiency of Japanese educational funds. The authors point out that it is very important that the idea of Japanese leaders to make the educational funds sufficient, and the traditional order which making the country rich is the first step and developing education is the second one in China should be changed now!
