摘要
基于外差干涉仪原理描述了用于精密空间光学自动准直的新方法,分析了利用这种方法进行光学测量的系统误差。结果表明,只要较好地控制倾斜误差或照明光源的质量,系统误差就可以消除。
A new auto-collimating method is described in this paper for the precision optical system used in space,which is developed on the principle of heterodyne interferometer.The measurement error of a typical collimated system has been analyzed. It is shown from the experimental result that the system error can be minimized while the oblique error or the quality of the light source has been well controled.
