介绍了一种利用半导体激光器在准直光学系统中的调整装置,解决了光电检测仪器中发光器件、光电探测器件定位问题。
Using the adjusting unit of semiconductor laser on collimating optics system,an available method to settle the location problem of luminescent device and photoelectric detector in photoelectric detection instrument is introduced.
