摘要
本研究结果表明在低温下对金针菇菌丝生长和纤维素酶活性影响最大的简单碳源是可溶性淀粉;复杂碳源玉米芯、麦秆、棉籽壳的作用相近,且都优于简单碳源;供试菌株在供试碳源下胞外多酚氧化酶活性都低;2菌株菌丝长势和2种胞外酶活变化趋势基本一致,但菌株1号高于菌株2号。为筛选金针菇适宜的栽培料和适于低温下栽培的优良菌株提供了理论依据。
This study showed that soluble starch as simple carbon source has themost obviosus effect on the hyphae growth and cellulose activity of Flammulina velutipesat low temperature culture.The effects of corncob,wheat straw and cottonseed hullas complex carbon source were very similar and the effects were better than that of sim-ple carbon source.Activities of polyphenol oxidases tested under the seven carbon soureswere all low.Changes of hyphae growth and emzymatic activities between two strainswere no difference,but the growing potential and enzymatic activities of strain No.l erehigher than those of strain No,2.the results provided some theoretical bases for select-ing suitable substrates for Flammulina velutipes and excellent strain suitable for cult、-vating at Iow temperature.
