摘要
分析了ADC生产中除盐工段的作用。讨论了冷却釜的冷却温度分布、冷却釜中搅拌器的材质和搅拌速率、冷却釜中物料的停留时间等因素对十水碳酸钠结晶的影响。提出了促进十水碳酸钠结晶粒度增大的建议和方案。
The effects of salt removing in ADC production were analysed. The influences on washing soda were discussed, including cooling temperature distribution of cooling kettle, the medium and stir speed of mixer, the retention period of material in cooling material. And the suggestions and plans of washing soda crystallization granule size increase were put forward.
