化工废弃物资源化利用生态设计若干探讨——以回收十水碳酸钠资源化利用为例

Some Studies on Ecological Designs for the Resource Usage of Chemical Industry Wastes——An example case study of the resource usage for the recycling of Na_2CO_3.10H_2O

摘要 运用工业生态学原理分析化工废弃物资源化利用中存在的传统观念,并针对其常存在的"孤立地就利用谈利用","不合适地直接套用传统工艺"及"产品定位盲目"等三个弊病,以ADC发泡剂生产中回收十水碳酸钠的资源化利用研究为例,提出符合工业生态学原理的解决方案。 Using the theory of industrial ecology, analyzing the traditional concepts existed in the resource usage of chemical industry wastes, and focus on three common problems as "discussing usage isolatedly", "deploying directly the traditional technologies unsuitably"and "unclear and wrong product orientation",and set the the resource usage for the recycling of Na2CO3. 10H2O on the process of ADC vesicant production as an example, thus solutions which abide by the theory of industrial ecology are suggested.
