摘要
目的了解中小学教职工烟草与健康相关知识、信念及行为现状,为有效开展学校控烟健康教育提供依据。方法对北京、上海、天津、深圳、濮阳、长沙随机抽取的29所中小学教职工进行统一问卷调查。结果只有66.63%的教职工正确回答了10项及以上问题,但知晓烟草主要危害成分的教职工只有29.54%。教职工的正确信念持有率只有20.26%,50%左右的教职工认为“吸烟有助于社交”、“吸烟是个人自由,他人不应该干涉”。教职工吸烟率为14.81%,男教职工为47.39%;35岁及以上教职工、文化程度较低者以及中学教职工吸烟率显著较高。92.01%的教职工认为有必要在学校开展预防吸烟教育活动;55.46%的教职工认为在教学中结合有关吸烟与健康的内容存在困难,主要原因是由于缺乏材料或指导;仅有24.31%的授课教师在教学中提及烟草与健康相关内容。结论应对教师进行控烟知识科普教育和技能指导,改善学校的社会环境和人文环境。
Objective To study the status of knowledge, belief and behavior on tobacco and health among staffs in primary and secondary schools and to provide evidence for effectively developing school-based smoking cassation activity. Methods The questionnaire survey was carried out among the teachers from 29 primary and secondary schools in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Puyang and Changsha. Results About 66.63 % of the staff correctly answered 10 questions or more, only 29.54% knew the major hazard ingredients of tobacco. About 20.26% had the correct belief and abut 50.0% thought ＂ smoke can help to social community＂ and ＂smoking is one＇ s own business, others should not intervene in it＂. The total rate of smoking was 14.81%, and the rate was 47.39% for males. The staff aged 35 years and more, with lower education level and working in middle schools had higher smoking rate. 92.01% of the staff considered it was necessary, to develop educational activity on smoking cessation in schools, 55.46% of the staff though it was difficult to involve contents of smoking and health in daily teaching, which was because of deficient of teaching materials and the related guidance. Only 24.31 % reported having mentioned the contents related to smoking and health in daily teaching. Conclusion It should be promoted to popularize knowledge on tobacco and health and to provide skill instruction among school staffs, so as to improve school environment.
