摘要
目的:探讨舒血宁联合肠溶阿司匹林治疗视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)的疗效。方法:将62例RVO患者随机分组:治疗组31例,给予静脉滴注舒血宁注射液,联合应用口服肠溶阿司匹林。对照组31例,给予静脉滴注丹参注射液。两组均常规口服维生素C、路丁、肌苷及钙剂。结果:治疗组有效率达96.77%,对照组有效率81.25%,两组治疗结果差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:舒血宁联合肠溶阿司匹林治疗RVO疗效好,值得探讨。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Shuxuemng combined with enteric coated Aspirin in the treatment of retinal vien occlusion （R.VO）. Method 62 cases with RVO were divided into 2 groups randomly. 31 cases in the treated group were given Shunxuening injection combined with orally enteric coated Aspirin. 31 cases of the control group were intervenous dripped with Danshen injection. Vitamin C, Rutin, Inosine and Calcium were administrated in both groups. Results The effective rate of the treated group is 96.77% and that of the control group is 81.25%. The difference between the two groups is significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is effective for Shuxuening combined with enteric coated Aspirin in the treatment of RVC and deserves exploring.
