烫伤大鼠胰岛素耐受机理 被引量:10

摘要 以烫伤大鼠为模型,用正常血糖胰岛素固定技术研究创伤后胰岛素耐受机理。大鼠烫伤后24h出现明显的胰岛素耐受。在四种胰岛素浓度(10,40,100,1000μU/min)输入状态下,所有烫伤大鼠的葡萄糖处置速率(M,mg/min)均显著低于相应的各对照组(0.5±0.20对1.90±0.21,P<0.01;0.65±0.25对2.53±0.25,P<0.01;0.98±0.56对2.73±0.19,P<0.05;1.89±0.34对3.17±0.24,P<0.05)。结果提示大鼠创伤后胰岛耐受与胰岛素受体后的缺陷有关。 To assess the mechanism of insulin resistance following injury, euglycemic insulin clamp technique was set up. The insulin resistance occured obviously in the rats 24 h postscalding. At four insulin infusion rates(10, 40, 100, l000uU/min), the glucose removal rates (M, mg/min) in the scalded rats were all significantly less than that in the control (0. 57±0. 20 vsl, 90±0. 21, P<0. 01; 0. 65±0. 25 vs 2. 53±0. 25, P<0. 01; 0. 98±0. 56 vs 2. 73±0. 19. P<0. 05:1. 89±0. 34 vs 3. 17±0. 24, P<0. 05). The results indicate that insulin resistance following injury in rats is consistent with a postreceptor defect. (Original article on page 144)
