小剂量比索洛尔对高血压患者肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统及心室重塑的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨小剂量比索洛尔对肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)及心室重塑的影响。方法选择初诊高血压病伴左室肥厚患者39例,口服比索洛尔治疗24周前后分别检测血浆肾素(Ren)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(Ald)水平及左室后壁(LVPW)、室间隔(IVS)厚度、左室质量指数(LVMI)并进行自身配对比较。结果治疗后上述各指标较治疗前均明显降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔可抑制RAAS,抑制和逆转心室重塑。
