摘要
在16MnR+405复合钢板的焊接中,由于基层对复层焊缝的稀释和碳迁移,可在复层侧焊缝中产生马氏体组织,因此,降低基层焊缝的熔合比和选择焊接材料是堆焊的关键。应采用小电流、快速焊、多道焊。为保证复层焊缝良好的耐腐蚀和抗裂性能,采用25-13型铬镍奥氏体焊条堆焊,复层的组织应为奥氏体和(4%~12%)的δ铁素体。
Welding of clad steel plate(16MnR+405)is considered to resurfacing welding on the base plate. In diluted transition layer of weld metal and carbon migration, there was a martensite structure in the side of surface layer of welded metal. It is the key process to reduce fusion ratio of transition layer of welded metal and choose welding material. So, low current, fast welding and muhirun welding are adopted. In order to insure performance of intercrystalline corrosion resistant and hot cracking resistant, structure of surface layer of weld metal should be austenite and 4%~12% of ferrite. So, stainless steel covered electrodes of 25-13 types to resurfacing welding are adopted as well.
