摘要
针对实际工程应用的316L/15CrMoR爆炸复合板材,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(EDS)等手段对爆炸复合板结合区的形貌、波形、晶粒度、变形层厚度、扩散层和渗碳层等进行了检测及分析。研究结果表明:结合区具有强烈塑性变形、熔化和扩散等微观特征;结合区波形为小波分布,波长和波高平均值为1056和454μm;基板侧塑性变形区域的晶粒度分别为9.1,7.1,6.7和5.8级。波峰和波谷处变形层厚度分别为189和137μm;在较强爆炸载荷作用下不锈钢覆层侧出现了绝热剪切线,其长度在100~200μm范围之内,间距20~50μm。
For practical engineering applications of the explosive welding composite plates 316L/ 15CrMoR,the morphology and waveforms of the bonding zone were detected. The grain size, thinkness of plastic deformation layer, diffusion layer and the carburized layer were measured by means of OM and SEM. Experimental results show that under our text condition, there are some microscopic features like strong plastic deformation, metal plates melting and atomic diffusions were produced in the combine area. The waveform of bonding zone is small wave and its average wavelength is 1056μm,average wave height is 454μm. The grain size of each plastic deformation zone is 9.1,7.1,6.7 and 5.8 in the substrate side. The thickness of deformation layer is about 189μm at the crest , and 137μm in the trough. With the stronger explosion load, flying lines will appear in stainless steel - steel composite plates, its length within the rage of 100 -200μm,and its spacing is 20 -50μm.
