摘要
不锈复合钢板的焊接除复层与基层焊接之外 ,存在碳钢基层与不锈钢复层的互熔问题 ,这属于异种钢的焊接。过渡层焊缝焊接材料的选择及焊接是关键。本文从不锈复合钢板的焊接材料、焊接顺序、焊接方法、坡口形式等几方面阐述不锈复合钢板的焊接技术。
Different from welding of single steel plate,stainless steel-steel composite plate’s welding craft are more complex for there exist a problem of carbon steel and stainless steel melt each other,that belongs to welding different kind steel.Therefore,select welding material for transition layer and welding are key.The text introduce this kind of stainless steel-steel composite plate’s welding technical from welding material of stainless steel-steel compound plate,welding method,proper welding order,welding groove in many ways detailed.
