摘要
随着船舶类型和吨位的不断增加,船舶的结构设计一般是采用规范设计和直接计算两种方法来完成的。特别是国际海事组织在海上环境保护委员会第32次会议上,提出对于载重量超过5000t的油船必须设置双层壳体。本文旨在结合我国目前设计与建造的最大的出口船舶150000t油船的结构有限元分析,分别从模型建立、载荷计算、应力分析等方面,论述了大型油船的结构分析方法。
As a response to the Continuous increasing of ship types and dimensions,ship structure is normally designed by two methods of designing based on rules and designing based on direct calculation. In particular,in the 32nd session of MEPC of IMO,it has been stipulated that a tanker exceeding 5000 deadweight must have double hulls. Based on the finite element analysis of the hull structure of the 150 000 dwt tanker, the largest ships ever designed and built in China,the paper provides a discussion on the method of structure analysis of the large tanker from various aspects of model build-up,load calculation and stress calculation.
