摘要
本文就世界YLCC的发展概况、造船设施、开发建造VLCC的条件,90年代世界对VLCC的需求和建造能力、我国开发建造VLCC的条件和目标,以及解决我国开发VLCC技术关键的途径等方面作一简要叙述。
This paper gives a brief deseription on such aspects as the general survey of worldwide VLCC's development, shipbuilding facilities and the conditions for developing and building VLCC, the worldwide demand for and capacity of building VLCC in the 1990s, Chinese domestic conditions and objects of developing VLCC, the key way to solve the relevant technical problems, etc.
