驳船载导管架拖航及下水工况中的结构强度分析 被引量:10

摘要 根据相关规范,应用ANSYS有限元软件对上海船舶研究设计院的导管架拖航/下水驳船的设计方案进行了结构强度的有限元分析。为取得可靠的计算精度,对导管架、滑道和驳船均进行了精确的有限元建模,对该设计方案进行了多工况的应力和变形的计算,给出了有限元模型建立过程中单元的选取、网格剖分以及约束和载荷的处理方法,并对计算结果进行了分析,从而提出了结构改进建议和作业环境要求。本文的研究成果为驳船的设计及结构强度分析提供了参考方法。 Jacket is the supporting structure used for offshore platform. For large jacket installation, a launching method is often applied after it is transported to the destination by the barge. On the deck of the barge, a heavy runner beam or skid rail is placed longitudinally to transfer the jacket weight and to slide the structure during launching. In addition, supplementary equipments like hydraulic jacks and winches are equipped to assist in sliding the jacket. In the stern, a rocker arm and a tilting beam are attached. As the center of weight moves to the rocker arm pin, the rocker arm rotates up to the maximum allowable angle and the jacket slides and launches into the sea. The structure strength analysis of the barge is important to the safety transportation and launching of the jacket. Finite element method is the most powerful one for the structure strength analysis. Based on the related rules and regulations, the structure strength of the barge for jacket transporing/launching designed by Shanghai Ship Design and Research Institute is analysed with ANSYS software. The accurate FE models of the jacket, slideway and barge are all created in order to obtain the reliable calculating precision. Stress and deformation under some working conditions are calculated and analysed. The element selection, model meshing and disposing method of constraints and loads for FE model creating are described in detail in this paper. The analysis of the calculated results with the structure improving advices as well as the req'uirement of working environment are presented, too. The referenced method is provided for the design and structure strength analysis of the barge.
