摘要
21世纪是生命科学的世纪。只有实现生命科学与生命伦理学之间的动态平衡关系,才能保证人类社会健康有序的可持续发展,这是历史的经验和现实的呼唤。现代生命科学与生命伦理学是一对处于共构状态下的矛盾,互相制约,共同发展,有机互动,从而实现平衡—不平衡—新的平衡这一动态平衡过程,促进人类文明的演进和发展。
The 21st century is the century of life science. Only realizing the dynamic equilibrium relation between life sciences and life ethics could guarantee the healthy and orderly sustainable development of human society, which is the experience of history and the call of reality. Modern life sciences and life ethics, as a pair of contradictions at the state of mutual construct, restrict each other , develop together and interact organically in order to realize this dynamic equilibrium relation from balance-imbalance-new balance and to promote the gradual progress and development of the human civilization.
