摘要
科学技术发展与科学伦理道德进步是相辅相成的,科学技术的发展应当在健康的伦理道德的引导下进行,在伦理道德营造成良好的内、外部环境中,使得科学技术可以朝着造福人类的健康方向发展。
The development of science and technology and the progress of scientific ethics supplement each other. Science and technology should be developed with the guidance of healthy ethics. In a good internal and external environment created by the ethics, science and technology can be developed for the purpose of bringing benefits to mankind.
