摘要
十多年的图书馆管理变革有着很大的时代局限 ,在当代社会进程中依然处于落伍的思维之中。“知识管理”是管理科学发展的新阶段 ,但不能以此替代图书馆学本身“管理知识”活动的专业学科发展。图书馆管理研究需要借鉴知识管理研究成果 ,寻找管理变革和事业发展的空间。
The reform of the library management is largely affected by the limit of the specific period and the related ideas are still behind the progress of the society. 'Knowledge management' is a new phase in the development of management science, but it cannot replace the professional development of the 'management of knowledge', which is the key activity of a library. The study of the library management should use the achievement of the knowledge management study and look for a space for the management reform and professional development.
