摘要
我国普通高校的学生普遍地存在失眠现象。择以体育行为及心理调控为手段的非药物治疗,通过对南京航空航天大学部分患有失眠症学生的比较性研究,以期论证体育行为及心理调控对改善普通大学生失眠状况所起到的作用。
It is a common phenomenon that most of college students were suffering from insomnia. This study adopted the sport behavior and mental states adjust as the main approach, and conducted the comparative study among certain number of college students with insomnia in Nanjing University of Aeronautics, in order to explore the effects of athletics behavior and mental states adjust on the improvement of sleeping situations among college students.
