摘要
目的探讨术后补充适量的碱性液体对全肝移植术大鼠术后存活率的影响。方法将40只进行全肝移植的受体SD大鼠(以供肝复通后有胆汁排出、关腹时吻合口无活动性出血及术后苏醒为标准)随机分为A、B两组,各20只,A组术后不予补液,B组术后给予4ml碳酸氢钠和生理盐水混合溶液静脉补液。结果B组大鼠术后迅速苏醒并很快恢复正常的饮食和排泄,术后24h存活率也明显优于A组(A组14只存活,存活率为70%；B组19只存活,存活率为95%)。结论大鼠全肝原位移植术后补充适量的碱性液体有利于纠正机体酸中毒,迅速恢复血容量,纠正低压状态,减少血栓的发生率．能明显改善受体大鼠术后一般情况,对提高肝移植大鼠术后的存活率有一定的积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of appropriate basic fluid infusion on the livability of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats. Methods Fourty orthotopic liver transplantation models of SD rats were divided into 2 groups randomly：group A（ n = 20） received comparatable volum of received normal saline, and group B（ n = 20） received 5ml sodium biocarbonate infusion. The succeed animal models were discharging of bile of donor liver, no active bleeding of anastomosis and consciousness after the operation. Results In group B, the rats were resumed consciousness,normal diet and excretion rapidly after the operation, the livability 24h after operation was higher than group A（19 in group B, 14 in group A, e. g 95 % versus 70 % ）. Conclusion Appropriate basic fluid infusion after orthotopic liver transplantation is in favor of the correction of acidosis,recovery of blood volum, correction of hyperten-sion,reducing the occurrence of thrombus,improving general states of the accepting rats and the livability of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats.
