摘要
采用胶原酶注入脑内造膜法，经ＡＢＣ免疫组织化学技术显示了清开灵注射液对脑出血大鼠脑内Ｐ物质（ＳＰ）的分布及含量影响。揭示清开灵注射液治疗脑中风的机理之一很可能是通过调节脑内ＳＰ的含量达到治病疗效的。
Collagenase was injected into the caud putamen nucleus of rat ic induce intracerebral hemorrhage. Then, immunohistochemical technique was used to determine the effect of Qingkailing injection on the content of substance P (SP) in the brain of cerebral hemorrhagic rat. The results of the present study imply that one of the mechanisms of Qingkailing injection treatment of strode is involved in the change of SP content.
