摘要
分析了超高压技术在食品工业中的应用现状,分析了目前超高压技术发展中存在的问题,提出了相应的发展对策和前景展望。
The application and the problems of ultra-high pressure processing technology in food industry were reviewed in this paper. And the countermeasure and prospect was put forward to using ultra-high pressure in food industry too.
