摘要
人文关怀是学生工作的终极目标,是教育可持续发展的需要,对学生人文素质培养和健康人格的形成有着重要作用,高校学生工作必须体现人文关怀。体现人文关怀,加强对学生人文素质的培养,是落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会和知识经济时代对人才素质的基本要求,是高校学生工作的现实任务。所以,高校学生工作必须通过各种途径加强人文关怀,提高学生的人文素质。
Human care, the ultimate objective of student work and need of sustainable education development, plays an important role in cultivating students＂ humanities quality and forming of healthy personality, so college student work must have human care. Implementing human care and strengthening the cultivation of student humanities quality are the basic requirement for putting in place scientific development theory, building harmonious society in the knowledge economy period, and the real task of college student work. Therefore, college student work must strengthen human care in all kinds of ways to improve students＇ humanities quality.
