摘要
社区体育有参与对象广泛性与自愿性,运动内容、组织形式的多样性,健身性与娱乐性等特点。政府在社区体育的组织和管理中,应注入更多的人文关怀,而人文关怀的核心思想是“以人为本”;管理者要改变观念,注重引导;切忌形式主义、功利主义思想,要为群众办实事;要关注弱势群体、体现社会关怀的温暖。
Community sports have the characteristics of wide-range and willing participants,variety of contents and formats of sport and healthy and entertaining activities.Government agencies should input more concerns in the organization and management of community sports.The central theme for Humanity is to regard humans as the most important or essential.Therefore government agencies should also adopt new concepts and avoid formalism and functionalism;it should try its best to care for the weak,deliver warmth and kindness to people in the society.
