摘要
本研究提出了一种基于光寻址电位传感器(Light-Addressable Potentiometric Sensor,LAPS)的新型单细胞传感器。该传感器可以通过移动激发对作为敏感元件的单个细胞进行寻址测量,克服了基于场效应管和微电极阵列的细胞传感器中测量位点固定、细胞定位培养困难等缺欠,探索了这种光寻址单细胞传感器的结构设计和检测活细胞电生理特性的可行性。最后分析了该传感器在药物检测方面的应用。实验结果表明了该细胞传感器在单细胞电生理研究和药物分析中是可行的。
Cell-based biosensor is a hot issue in recent years, it takes living cell as sensitive unit to analyze the functional information of analytes. Single-cell based biosensor possesses the characteristics of high sensitivity, excellent selectivity and fast response, hence it has potentials to be applied widely in many areas, such as biomedical, enviromental detection and drugs discovery. This paper presented a novel single cell-based biosensor, from the ground of light-addressable potentiometric sensor. We have designed the structure and analyzed the possibility of single-cell based biosensor to be used to detect the electrophysiological characters of living cell. The results indicated that the single-cell based biosensor would have potentials in the research of electrophysiology of living cell and evaluation of drugs.
