摘要
文章进行了湿法炼锌过程中氧压酸浸液净化中和除铁的工艺研究。研究结果表明:根据浸出液的成分,通过采用两种方案,控制合适的中和条件,可以将浸酸液中铁95%以上除去,净化后液中Fe3+浓度可降至0.5 mg/L以下,同时也能使加入中和剂中Zn浸出率达95%以上,酸浸液中Cu95%以上进入净化后液,通过后续置换工序得以回收。从而实现净化除铁与低酸浸出一步完成的目的。
The neutralization process for deferrization of leaching liquor has been studied. The results show that under the appropriate neutralization condition and using two schemes according to the composition of leaching liquor, more than 95% Fe^3+ have been eliminated and less than 0.5 mg/L Fe^3+ have been left in leaching liquor, while more than 95% of Zn in neutralization agent can be leached out, and more than 95% of Cu can be turned into neutralization liquor and then can be recovered by latter process. Therefore, the aim of deferrization and leaching under low acid together with one step can be realized.
