摘要
研究了大孔强酸性阳离子树脂高温催化合成丁酸异戊酯的影响因素 ,得出了最佳工艺条件 ,酸产率高达 96%以上。该法流程简短、操作简便、污染少 ,产品质量好 ,酯含量超过 98% ,是取代旧工艺的理想方法。
In this paper,the refluence foetors in synthesis of Isoamyl butyrate by macoroporons Super acidic cation exchange resin under high temprature is studied,the best technological process is found out,the best yierd is over 96%.This mothod has a number of advantages such as the briefness in technological process,the simple in opration.Little rnaustrial polution.the product is good in quality,esterifcation is over 98%.So it is good instead old one.\;
