摘要
为得到具有三个口的目字形立体机织物预制件,在配有多臂开口机构的小样机上进行试织。预制件的三个口可上下亦可左右使用,采用了把目字形竖放压扁以及横放压扁两种方法进行了设计,分别给出了两种织制方法的投梭路径、织造区域划分、筘入数的确定以及上机图,并认为横放压扁设计方法较为合理。经过织造,织物符合设计要求。
To get 目 shape three-dimensional fabric precast product, weaving was done in dobby shedding sample machine. Thwart press and upright press were adopted in design. Picking route, weaving area, reed-ln number and chain draft of the two method were given. The result shows that thwart press design is more reasonable, though weaving, the fabric can reach the design demands.
