摘要
通过压扁法设计内设三层纵向支撑面的立体织物,并采用普通的多臂开口小样机织造。该织物可以采用玻璃纤维等特种纤维织造,然后与树脂复合,制成有一定承重力的三维型材;也可以采用化纤织造,通过热黏合或其他方法制成多用途的三维型材。
The internal three layers vertical support surface three-dimensional fabric was woven by method of flattening and used an ordinary sample dobby loom prototype. This fabric can be woven using special fiber such as fiberglass and compounded with resin to became three-dimensional preforms. It also can be woven with chemical fibre, and by thermal bonding or other methods became three-dimensional reforms,
