摘要 总结篷盖用立体机织物的设计及开发过程。以55.6 tex涤纶长丝为原料,以透孔组织和平纹组织进行组合,成功设计开发了三层组织结构的新型篷盖用立体织物。通过对织物的试织及实物效果分析,认为:生产该织物时应选用合理的结构参数和工艺技术措施。指出:开发的新型篷盖用立体结构织物中空层中形成辐射散热,减少了垂直辐射,在红外保暖与红外隐身方面取得了良好的效果,基本达到预期的设计要求。 Design and development process of canopy three-dimensional woven fabric were summarized. 55.6 tex polyester filament was used as raw material,mesh weave and plain weave were combined, new type of three-layer struc- ture canopy three-dimensional woven fabric were designed successfully. Through weaving and physical effect analyses, it is considered that rational structure parameter and processing measures should be adopted in production. It is pointed out that radiation heat can be realized by insulating layer of the canopy fabric, vertical radiation can be reduced, effect in in- frared thermal and infrared stealth are better, design demands can be reached basically.
