摘要
目前高校辅导员队伍管理型而非教育型的结构是其专业化的主要障碍。忙于事务、以管代教、以管理者为中心是管理型队伍的主要不足。教育型队伍的基本要求是以育人为导向、以促成为手段、以学生为中心。从管理型向教育型转变要抓住素质结构转型、功能结构转型、资源结构转型三个关键。
At present the main hindrance to the professionalization of student instructors in the university is the replacement of instruction-orientedness with management-ofientedness. The main shortcomings of management-orientedness include obsessions with routine affairs, substitution of instruction by disciplining, and the focus on management.
