摘要
教学绩效考评是教学质量的根本保证,发展性教学绩效考评对教师教学水平的改善与提高以及教师专业的成长具有可持续性。本文立足于地方高校办学的实际,结合我校教学实践,对发展性教学绩效考评进行了有益的尝试与探索。
Teaching performance review is the guarantee of teaching quality. The developmental teaching performance assessment can continuously help improve teachers＇ teaching level and develop their specialities. This paper, based on the conditions of the running of local universities, and on the teaching practice of our university, is an attempt to explore the developmental teaching performance assessment.
