摘要
随着我国高等教育数量的扩张 ,对高等教育质量保障体系必须重视。本文对高等教育质量保障体系要素和实施高等教育质量保障体系的措施进行了探讨。
With the expansion of the higher education in quantity,the quality insurance system of higher education has to be valued.This paper deals with elements and measures of the quality insurance system of higher education.
