摘要 用因子分析法,对18个辣椒品种的13个果实数量性状进行分析,结果表明这些性状可简化为受4个主因子控制的性状群,F1为果重因子,由果肉鲜重、单果重、果梗长组成;F2为长度发育因子,由果宽、胎座宽、果长、胎座长组成;F3为营养因子,由干物质重、可溶性固形物、vC含量组成;F4为产量因子,由产量/株,果数/株组成。这4个主因子对变异的累计贡献率为85%以上,基本保持了13个性状的绝大部分信息。从主因子出发进行辣椒育种,可以加大目标性状的针对性,提高选择效率。 Factor analysis was performed for 13 fruit quantitative characters of 18 pepper varieties. The results indicated that 13 fruit characters of the varieties might be simplified to 4 independent character groups controlled by 4 main factors. Factor 1, a fruit weight factor, consisted of flesh weight of fruit, single fruit weight and pedicel length; Factor 2 was considered a length growth factor, consisting of fruit width, placenta width, fruit length, placenta length; Dry matter weight, soluble solids and contents of vitamin C , constituted a nutrition factor; Factor 4 was called a yield factor, containing fruit yield per plant and fruit number per plant. The accumulative contribution rate of the 4 major factors to total variation accounted for over 85%, maintaining most of information of 13 characters. The selective efficiency and the objective pertinency on breeding will be raised by means of main factors in pepper.
