摘要
针对油缸体盲孔在珩磨过程中出现的加工缺陷,从人、机、料、法、环、测等几个方面进行了缺陷原因分析。在现行工艺的基础上,提出了合理的工艺优化方案,消除了加工缺陷,改善了孔的珩磨质量,并提高了油缸体盲孔珩磨加工的一次交验合格率。
By means of 5M1E,reasons are analyzed to the defects appearing in the dead hole honing process in cylinder block.Based on the current process,reasonable optimization proposals are put forward,which can eliminate the defects,improve hole honing quality,and increase the FTQ of dead hole honing process in cylinder body.
