摘要
目的探讨应用药物预防激素性股骨头骨细胞凋亡的可能性。方法30只兔随机分A、B、C组:A组(对照组)同期肌注生理盐水;B组(激素组)给予糖皮质激素肌注;C组(治疗组)给予以上剂量糖皮质激素的同时,每日使用血塞通、脂必妥和阿仑膦酸钠,用末端原位标识(TUNEL)法检测骨细胞凋亡,电镜观察股骨头组织学变化。结果激素组电镜下骨细胞核体积缩小,染色质呈边聚现象,部分染色质更浓密,电子密度增加,结构模糊不清;激素和治疗组凋亡细胞数分别为(24.14±5.46)%和(8.12±3.23)%。结论血塞通、脂必妥和阿仑膦酸钠同时应用能抑制兔激素性股骨头细胞凋亡。
Objective To explore constervation prevent of experimental on apoptosis of necrosis of femoral head. Metheds Thirty rabbits were divided randomly into 3 groups: group A and group B and group C . Rabbits in group A were injected with normal saline; rabbits in group B were treated with glucocorticoid; rabbits in group C were treated with glucocorticoid as that in group B, and meanwhile, orally received the panax notoginseng sapenins, zhibituo and alenduonate for 8 weeks. Histopathological changes and apoptosis of femoral head were observed. Results Under electron microscope, group B showed a great deal of necrotic osteocytes with pyknotic nucleus, condensed chromatin and increased electron dense. Apoptosis in B group (24.14±5.46)% was more than that of C group (8.12±3.23)%. Conclusion The zhibituo, panax notoginseng saponins and alenduonate may inhibit apoptosis of hormonal necrosis of femoral head of rabbits.
