摘要
目的建立结扎大鼠左前降支(LAD)的心肌梗死模型。方法将成年雄性近交系W istar大鼠85只随机分为假手术组(n=6)和模型组(n=79)。后者结扎前降支建立心肌梗死模型。分别从心电图、组织形态学、心功能等方面对2组动物进行比较。结果模型组与假手术组比较,心电图表现出明显的ST-T改变和病理性Q波;组织切片可见大量心肌细胞坏死,疤痕形成;左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张压(LVDP)、±dp/dtm ax、心率(HR)均有显著性下降。结论采用左冠状静脉定位,结扎左前降支方法能成功建立大鼠心肌梗死模型。
Objective To establish the model of myocardial infarction by ligation of the left anterior descending branch in rats. Method Adult inbred strain Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham group ( n = 6) and model groups ( n = 79). Model of myocardial infarction were established by ligation of the left anterior descending branch. The electrocardiogram (ECG), HE staining tissue sections, and heart function of the rats were compared in the two groups. Results Rats in the model group had showed special changes of ST-T and Q wave in ECG, show serious necrosis of myocytes and proliferation of fibrous tissue compared with rats in the sham group. The left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular develop pressure (LVDP),± dp/dtmax, heart rate (HR) were significantly decreased in the rats of model group than those of the sham group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Ligation of the left anterior descending branch is a good method to establish the model of myocardial infarction.
