摘要
介绍了二氧化硫脲在彩色混合废纸的生产性脱墨试验中的应用情况,就脱墨工艺参数,脱墨组合方式等工业化应用条件进行了研究,并进行了简单的经济分析。生产实践表明,二氧化硫脲是一种有效且极具竞争力的脱墨(漂白)剂,尤其对含有部分大面积染色废纸的彩色混合废纸具有较好的增白和脱色效果。
In this paper,the commercial bleaching trial of mixed colored wastepaper by thiourea dioxide(TD)was introduced.The bleaching parame-ters,sequence and other conditions were mainly studied,and the cost of TD bleaching was also discussed briefly.The trial results indi-cate that TD is an effective and highly competitive bleaching agent ,particular for bleaching and decolorizing of mixed colored wastepaper with a portion of mass-dyed wastepaper.
