江苏扬中“杂草稻”的籼粳分类 被引量:37

摘要 随着直播稻、麦套稻技术的推广,“杂草稻”在江苏扬中的危害越来越大,已严重影响稻米的产量和质量。为此我们对江苏扬中“杂草稻”的形态特征进行了观察,并利用稻谷稃毛长、酚反应和幼苗对KC lO3抗性3项形态、生理指标和SSR标记对其进行了籼粳分类,结果表明:“杂草稻”的稻谷稃毛长与籼稻品种南京11号、南京16号的相近;“杂草稻”的稻谷酚反应、幼苗对KC lO3抗性以及SSR标记指纹特征与籼稻品种南京11号、南京16号一致,确定江苏扬中“杂草稻”为籼稻类型。 ‘Weedy rice' is an important resource for breeding and studying the evolution of rice. With the extension of new cultivating technology especially the direct planting, ‘weedy rice' has caused great loss in rice production both in yield and rice quality in Jiangsu province. This study was carried out to classify the new ‘weedy rice' discovered in Yangzbong city of Jiangsu province according to apiculus hair length, phenol reaction, seedling resistance to KCIO3 and SSR markers. Apiculus hair length of ' weedy rice' was about equal to that of indica rice Nanjing 11 and Nanjing 16. Phenol reaction, seedling resistance to KCIO3 and fingerprint by SSR markers were the same as those of Nanjing 11 and Nanjing 16. It was definite that ' weedy rice' in Yangzhong city could be classified as indica rice ( Oryza sativa L. sub, indica ).
