摘要
以小鼠为动物模型,按体重随机分为对照组、紫色甘薯低(2 g/kg)、中(4 g/kg)和高(8 g/kg)剂量组,研究了紫色甘薯水提液对小鼠负重游泳时间、耐寒能力及负重游泳后血清尿素和乳酸含量及肝糖原贮量的影响。实验结果表明给小鼠连续灌胃30 d的紫色甘薯水提液后,能显著地增加小鼠负重游泳的时间和耐寒能力;同时能显著降低游泳后血清中尿素氮和乳酸的增加量,以及显著增加小鼠肝糖原的贮量。说明紫色甘薯水提液对小鼠具有显著的抗疲劳作用。
Mice were randomly divided into four groups and administered with water-extract from purple sweet potato ( Ipomoea batatas L. ) at 4 dosages (0, 2, 4 and 8 g/kg) for 30 successive days. As compared with the control group (0 g/kg) , treatments of water-extract from purple sweet potato significantly prolonged the time duration of swimming of the niice bearing a load and improved their cold tolerance, decreased the increment content of serum urea-nitrogen and lactic acid, and increased their hepatic glycogen content. It is thus concluded that with a dosage in the range of those adopted in this experiment, water-extract from purple sweet potato helps to enhance anti-fatigue of mice.
