摘要
目的寻找能够同时测定饮料中多种添加剂的检测方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法作为分离和检测的手段。结果建立了同时测定柠檬黄、苋菜红、日落黄、苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠6种添加剂的高效液相色谱法RSD分别为2.5%、0.3%、0.4%、0.9%、1.0%、1.9%;其回收率在92%~110%之间。并应用于饮料样品的分析。结论该方法简便、快速,8min即可完成对1个样品中6种添加剂的检测。
[ Objective] To find out a method for detecting multiple additives in the beverages. [Methods] High performance chromatography was applied for the separation and detection. [ Results] High performance chromatography was established to determine 6 sorts of additives: lemon yellow, amaranth, sunset yellow, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin sodium; RSDwas 2.5%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.9%, 1.0% and 1.9% respectively; the recovery rate was 92% - 110%. [ Conclusion] This method is simple and rapid; the detection of 6 sorts of additives in one sample can be done with 8 minutes.
