摘要
以爆炸力学、岩石断裂力学理论为原理,对切缝药包在岩石定向断裂爆破中的切缝产生及裂纹起裂和扩展进行了一定的研究,同时对该法的爆破参数进行了设计,并在实验室进行模型试验验证其正确性。实验结果表明切缝管能使爆炸后的能量有方向性地集中,裂纹的定向断裂控制效果良好,现场初步试验也表明该法是一种比较理想的断裂控制爆破技术。最后还指出了该技术还需要有待研究的方向,这些对相关理论研究和现场应用均有一定的指导意义。
According to the theories of dynamics of explosive and rock fracture mechanics,initiation mechanism of kerf,and initiation of crack in its tip and its expansion of orientation fracture blasing with slit-charge in rock were studied,then the blasting,parameters were designed and tested by model test in laboratory.The experimental results show that the energy from the blasting be directionally concentrated by the slit-tube.The directional expansion of crack is satisfactory from the experiment and the field test suggests that the directional fracture controlled blasting is a good means in excavating tunnels or cutting rock.It points out the study direction of directional fracture controlled blasting.All these will give beneficial references to related theoretical study and field application.
