摘要
为了研究岩石动态破裂机理,采用高速摄像技术,对切缝药包间隔装药爆炸作用下混凝土试件的破坏过程进行了物理模拟试验。试验研究表明,切缝药包爆炸作用下,混凝土试件在切缝方向上产生两条基本对称的裂纹A和裂纹B。裂纹的萌生、快速扩展以及最后的失稳过程非常明显。裂纹萌生后,其扩展速度急剧达到峰值698m/s,接着快速下降,最后阶段裂纹扩展速度变化平稳。研究结果为切缝药包在实际爆破工程中的应用提供了试验依据。
In order to study dynamic fracturing mechanism of rock in explosive demolition,physical modeling test on damage process of concrete specimens under explosion load of air decked slit-charge was carried out by means of high-speed photographing technology.The results showed that basically symmetrical two cracks in the direction of slit generated in concrete specimens with one hole under explosion loading.The processes of crack initiation,crack growth and crack instability were very obvious.After crack initiation,its propagating velocity rapidly got to the peak of 698 m/s.Then velocity of crack propagation decreased rapidly and changed smoothly in the final stage.The results provided an experimental basis for the application of slit charge in practical blasting engineering.
