摘要
通过对定向致裂爆破机理的分析和研究 ,推导出了切缝管装药的爆破参数。经现场应用证明 ,这种爆破方法可以在煤层中产生定向裂隙 ,达到提高瓦斯抽放率的目的 ,对预防煤矿瓦斯爆炸 ,保证安全生产具有指导意义。
Fire damp explosion is the utmost hidden trouble in coal mine. When the gas concentration is 5.5%~15%, burning or exploding will happen. Therefore the gas concentration must be controlled. The normal method is gas taking out. In the present paper the method of directional split blasting is discussed. The blasting parameters and formulas of slot pipe explosive are gained by the analysis of the mechanism of directional split blasting. An application case is also given in the paper. In the case the blasting parameters such as the amount of the explosive, the depth and diameter of the hole are calculated by the formulas. The charge structure of the split pipes and the holes disposal of directional split blasting are showed in Fig.1 and Fig. 2. Through the case, it is proved that this kind of blasting technique can produce directional crakes in coal bed. The length of crakes is about 500~800 mm. The percentage of gas taking out is increased. The amount of the gas taking out is increased more than 1 time. There is of direct significance to prevent gas explosion and ensure safety production. Finally, there are some conclusions obtained. Directional split blasting can produce directional crakes in coal bed. The amounts and the depth of the crakes have relationships with the amounts of directional split and the blasting parameters. The directional split blasting decrease the intensity of the coal layer. This will make the next mining with machine or dynamiting easier.
