摘要
结合真空扩散焊接过程和焊接接头机械性能试验,探讨了35CrMo钢的真空扩散焊接机制。认为35CrMo钢的真空扩散焊接过程主要是再结晶过程和晶界迁移过程。利用真空扩散焊接接合面晶界迁移的动力学理论,计算了晶界的迁移距离。计算结果表明,在最佳焊接规范下,晶界迁移的距离约为晶粒尺寸的162倍,扩散很充分。
In light of the vacuum diffusion bonding procedure and the test of the mechanical properties of the bonded joint,the mechanism of 35CrMo steel vacuum diffusion bonding is investigated, and it is indicated that the procedure of 35CrMo steel vacuum diffusion bonding is mainly the procedure of recrystallization and crystal boundary migration.By the use of the dynamic theory of crystal boundary migration, the migration limit is calculated,and the result shows that, under optimum bonding conditions, the limit of crystal boundary migration is approximately 162 times the size of the crystal grain,that means the diffusion is adequate.
