摘要
通过分析目前我国企业集团存在的主要问题,从理论上对提高我国企业集团的竞争力进行了探讨,并在此基础上,分别从制度创新和组织管理创新方面提出了提高我国企业集团竞争力的具体措施。
The article discuss how to improve competing ability of our enterprise group through analyzing the main problem that the enterprise group of our country exists from theory; and on it terms, bring forward detail measures of improve competing ability of our enterprise group from system innovation and organizational management innovation separately.
