摘要
甘肃省列 2 0户大型骨干企业集团在甘肃国民经济中占有非常重要的地位 ,但目前也面临着经济体制和企业经营机制转换、市场竞争加剧等多方面的挑战。面对挑战 ,促进企业集团健康运行发展的对策是 :要正确发挥政府的积极作用 ,营造有利于企业集团发展的外部环境 ;规范企业集团的组织结构体系 ,构造一个适合中长期发展的组织体制框架 ;加大研究与开发资金的投入力度 ;
WT5BZ]:The 20 big backbone enterprise groups recognized in Gansu are playing a very important role in the national economy in this province; however, they are facing various challenges from economic system, management mechanism transformation, and market competition. Possible counter measures include the correct role played by the government which may establish an advantageous outer environment, standardized organizational structure of enterprise groups suitable for middle and long term development, increase of capital investment for research and development, and reinforcement of strategic management focusing on competitive capacity.[WT5HZ]
