摘要
在日益激烈的市场竞争中,企业的核心竞争力很大程度上取决于企业的创新能力。技术创新是提高企业产品技术含量,加速新技术、新材料和新工艺的应用、增强企业核心竞争力的重要途径。在分析对比的基础上,发现影响我国企业集团在技术创新中存在着研发费用投入不足、缺乏有效合作和创新人才等问题,并针对这些问题提出了通过技术创新提高企业集团竞争力的具体举措。
The core competence of corporation depends on its technology innovation. The technology innovation can im-
prove the product quality and buildup the core competence. This article an alyzes some situation of corportion based on
innovation of technology in China. Some problems, such as shortage of R& D devotion, destittute of cooperation, and the
measures to solve them are discussed.
