摘要
在祁红茶区对祁门群体种茶园分别施以有机和无机肥,制成祁红。香气分析测定表明,单施尿素的红茶中,醛酮类、呋喃、吡嗪、吡咯类化合物含量较高,香气指数低,“祁红香”不突出。全年施用有机肥的红茶中,香叶醇、香叶酸、苯乙醇、芳樟醇及其氧化物含量高,红茶甜香,具有明显的“祁门香”
Aromatic components of Keemum Black Tea fertilized with inorganic fertilizer(urea) and organic fertilizers were determined by GC/MS.The made tea fertilized with urea possessed higher contents of aldehyde,ketone,furan,pyrazine and pyrrole,but lower aromatic index.The made tea fertilized with organic fertilizers possessed higher contents of geraniol, geranic acid,phenyl ethanol,linalool and its oxides,and the aroma was characterizd as of “keemum geraniol,” with sweet smelling.
